Báo cáo triển khai — Implementation Reports

Trang này sẽ được tạo lại khi có báo cáo triển khai thật từ giai đoạn thí điểm trên nền v0.5.0 hoặc bản kế nhiệm. Ở thời điểm hiện tại, v0.5.0 đã có artifact và checklist thí điểm, nhưng chưa có implementation report được công bố từ cơ sở triển khai thật.

Phạm vi báo cáo dự kiến cho v0.5.0

Các báo cáo đầu tiên nên tập trung vào:

• triển khai VNCorePatient, VNCoreEncounter, VNCoreObservation, VNCoreCondition trong EMR/HIE;
• đối soát lớp BHYT Submission, VNCorePaymentReconciliation và endpoint gdbhyt;
• sử dụng VNCoreDevice, số lưu hành thiết bị y tế và device risk class trong dữ liệu thực;
• kiểm chứng VNLegalDocumentRefCS, VNCoreExtLegalBasis, consent/audit và breach notification trong quy trình vận hành;
• mức độ pass của validator, lỗi mapping thường gặp và thay đổi cần đưa vào bản kế nhiệm.

Implementation reports will be published after real pilots using v0.5.0 or its successor. The expected report scope covers EMR/HIE core profiles, BHYT submission and reconciliation, gdbhyt endpoints, medical device identifiers, structured legal references, consent/audit controls, validator results, and implementation feedback for the next release.
