Bộ mã SNOMED CT phiên bản Việt Nam — subset chính thức do Bộ Y tế ban hành. 77.393 concepts với bản dịch tiếng Việt, song ngữ Việt-Anh, chia thành 3 đợt:

• Đợt 1 (QĐ 2427/QĐ-BYT, 25/7/2025): Body Structures — 35.889 concepts Cấu trúc giải phẫu cơ thể người
• Đợt 2 (QĐ 2493/QĐ-BYT, ~08/2025): Morphologic Abnormality — 5.155 concepts Bất thường hình thái (mô bệnh học, khối u…)
• Đợt 3 (QĐ 2805/QĐ-BYT, 04/9/2025): Clinical Finding + Allergy — 36.349 concepts Phát hiện lâm sàng (35.022) + Dị ứng (1.327)

Căn cứ nền tảng: QĐ 1928/QĐ-BYT (2023) — Kiến trúc Chính phủ điện tử Y tế v2.1, xác lập SNOMED CT là bộ mã thuật ngữ y tế chuẩn quốc gia.

Vietnam national SNOMED CT subset, published by Ministry of Health in 3 batches. Contains 77,393 concepts with Vietnamese translations, bilingual VI-EN. Each concept has: vn_code (national code), snomed_ct_id (international), name_vn, name_en. Vietnam uses SNOMED CT IPS Terminology (CC-BY-4.0) for non-member access. For international interoperability: system = http://snomed.info/sct, code = snomed_ct_id.
