Artifact này được công bố như metadata wrapper trong gói hl7.fhir.vn.terminology.clinical.

Bộ mã SNOMED CT phiên bản Việt Nam — subset chính thức do Bộ Y tế ban hành. 77.393 concepts với bản dịch tiếng Việt, song ngữ Việt-Anh, chia thành 3 đợt:

• Đợt 1 (QĐ 2427/QĐ-BYT, 25/7/2025): Body Structures — 35.889 concepts Cấu trúc giải phẫu cơ thể người
• Đợt 2 (QĐ 2493/QĐ-BYT, ~08/2025): Morphologic Abnormality — 5.155 concepts Bất thường hình thái (mô bệnh học, khối u…)
• Đợt 3 (QĐ 2805/QĐ-BYT, 04/9/2025): Clinical Finding + Allergy — 36.349 concepts Phát hiện lâm sàng (35.022) + Dị ứng (1.327)

Căn cứ nền tảng: QĐ 1928/QĐ-BYT (2023) — Kiến trúc Chính phủ điện tử Y tế v2.1, xác lập SNOMED CT là bộ mã thuật ngữ y tế chuẩn quốc gia.

Vietnam national SNOMED CT subset, published by Ministry of Health in 3 batches. Contains 77,393 concepts with Vietnamese translations, bilingual VI-EN. Each concept has: vn_code (national code), snomed_ct_id (international), name_vn, name_en. For international interoperability: system = http://snomed.info/sct, code = snomed_ct_id.

Dữ liệu hiện có trong lớp chuẩn hóa: vn_code (mã quốc gia do BYT công bố), snomed_ct_id (mã SNOMED CT quốc tế dùng cho coding/interoperability), name_vn, name_en (tên song ngữ), và category (nhóm thuật ngữ gốc trong dữ liệu tích hợp).

Các nhóm dữ liệu trong artifact: body structure cho vị trí giải phẫu; morphologic abnormality cho bất thường hình thái/mô bệnh học; clinical finding cho phát hiện/chẩn đoán lâm sàng; allergy cho các khái niệm dị ứng và chất liên quan.

Cách dùng trong VN Core: Dùng snomed_ct_id làm code khi gửi FHIR resource quốc tế hóa. Dùng cùng các companion ValueSet như vn-body-site-vs, vn-condition-code-vs, vn-allergy-code-vs tùy ca sử dụng. Khi cần rà soát sai lệch bản dịch, xem trang đính chính SNOMED CT VN.

Cách lấy artifact: Validator/FHIR server dùng file FHIR JSON đầy đủ CodeSystem-vn-snomed-subset-cs.full.json trên release download surface khi cần preload toàn bộ mã. Bộ tải xuống phát hành: xem trang tải xuống để lấy liên kết trực tiếp và gói hl7.fhir.vn.terminology.clinical-0.3.0.tgz. Public IG page này là metadata wrapper; dữ liệu chi tiết được tiêu thụ qua package/download surface và bộ nguồn chuẩn hóa nội bộ. Các serialization XML/TTL trên public IG chỉ phản ánh metadata wrapper hiện hành; riêng route canonical .json được trỏ sang full JSON download.

Implementation note: this IG publishes the VN SNOMED subset on the public HTML surface as metadata only (content = not-present). The 77,393 concepts are distributed as a separate full FHIR JSON artifact on the release download surface, and the canonical .json route is redirected there for machine access.
