Danh mục mã dùng chung chỉ số cận lâm sàng Đợt 1, ban hành theo QĐ 1227/QĐ-BYT ngày 11/04/2025. 2.964 chỉ số chia thành 5 nhóm:

  • PL01: Huyết học — Truyền máu (1.022 chỉ số, mã 1000001–1001022)
  • PL02: Sinh hóa (447 chỉ số, mã 1010001–1010447)
  • PL03: Vi sinh (174 chỉ số, mã 1020001–1020174)
  • PL04: Giải phẫu bệnh (81 chỉ số, mã 1060001–1060081)
  • PL05: Chẩn đoán hình ảnh (1.240 chỉ số, mã 1070001–1071240)

Mỗi chỉ số có ánh xạ LOINC (100% coverage) để đảm bảo interoperability quốc tế. Khi coding trong FHIR Observation, ưu tiên sử dụng LOINC code (system = http://loinc.org) và sử dụng mã CLS VN làm identifier bổ sung.

Vietnam National Clinical Lab Indicator Code List (Batch 1), per QĐ 1227/QĐ-BYT (11/04/2025). 2,964 indicators across 5 categories: Hematology (1,022), Biochemistry (447), Microbiology (174), Pathology (81), Diagnostic Imaging (1,240). Each indicator maps to LOINC (100% coverage). For FHIR coding, prefer LOINC (system = http://loinc.org); use CLS code as supplementary identifier.
